Sliver marks easy to improve?

Reason:

The air and moisture in plastics evaporate, or different types of plastics mix and decompose and burn, forming splashing marks on the surface of the product.

Usually, it radiates outward from the sprue in a fan-shaped manner.

Many plastics absorb a lot of moisture during storage. If they are not sufficiently dried before processing,

the residual moisture will be converted into water vapor during the injection Molding process, resulting in splashing marks on the surface of the product.

In addition, during the plastic Molding stage, a certain amount of air is often trapped in the melt.

If this air cannot be smoothly discharged during the injection Molding stage, silver lines will also appear on the surface of the product. In addition,

some cracked or burnt plastics can also produce silver lines on the surface of the product.

This situation is due to a large amount of water vapor in the Mold, or a large amount of vaporized water in the hot melt plastic in the injection tube,

or it may be caused by chemical reactions of additives, which are injected into the Mold cavity together during the injection Molding process,

And pressed into a silver pattern.

Improvement methods:

a) Plastic

Improper storage of plastic

b) Mold

Is there any leakage in the cooling pipeline

Avoid overly sharp corner designs

Reduce carving depth

c) Injection Molding machine conditions

Increase the drying temperature

Increase drying time

Increase back pressure

Reduce backstepping

Reduce injection speed

Check the sealing of the injection value

Check/replace additives such as pigments
