A:Yeah, sure. We can signed NDA.

Q4. How long do we need for production?

A:----Machining parts 1~4 week

Q5 How we can know project status by thousands miles distance?

 A:----We have one to one project mananger to send you weekly report every weeks.

Q6 What is the life guarantee for Molds? Can you suggest Mold steel?

A:----Normally for prototype Molds with 10K shot, we suggest S50C, 1.1730 or equal.

 ----For Mold 300K~500K shots Mold life, we use P20, 738H, 1.2312 etc

 ----For 800K~1 million shots Mold life, we use H13, 1.2343, 1.2344, S136,More over high production over 1 million shot, we use Stainless.

Q7. What material do you usally use for Machining parts？

A:Plastic material like POM, PC, PMMA, Nylon, Tecaform, PEEK, PE, PVC, ABS, PET,

Metal mterial like steel PD613, Mild steel(1.0402),D2(1.2379), G04,1,2329,1.1730,1.6565, 1.0511, 1.2510,1.2344,H13, 1.2826, P20,1.2316 etc, Aluminium(6082,6061,6063…),  Stainless S303, S304, Brozon,Copper, Grand flat stock, Stavax, UHMWPE etc.

Q9, What's the estmated lead time?

A:----Machining 1~4 weeks based on surface treatment.

  ----Mold making 4~8 weeks based on design.

  ----- Molding   2~5 weeks 

Q10. What kind of payment terms?

A:Usually Mold payment terms is 40% of deposit on order, 30% after T1, and 30% before mold delivery.  

Machining and Molding payment terms is 50% deposit on order, 50% balance before shipment

Q11, If we just need mold design, can you support?

A:Yes, we can just make mold design and we design Hasco and Mersburger standard mold for customer before.

Q12 How many molds and machning can you make every year?

A:Normally around 150 sets molds exporting each year and Machining parts will be around 200K~500K parts based on part design.

Q13.Can you make surface treatment for plastic or metal parts?

A:Yeah, we can. We have supplier chain can support us for plating, anodizing, painting, printing, laser engraving etc with long terms cooperation and stable quality.

Q14, Can you do assembly?

A: We have 1 small assembly line.

   Simple Machining parts welding and assembly is available.

   We also do simple plastic Molding parts assembly for customer.
