General material for clean injection barrel

Commonly materil for  cleaned the injection barrel.

Normally we use material like (GPPS, PMMA, HDPE, LDFE, PP)

The GPPS transparent hard glue has good thermal stability and has no side effects. In fact, it is the best cleaning material for other plastics.

How to clean up plastic

PA nylon: You can easily use another more sticky polymer, HDPE or PP to clean the barrel. 

POM: It can be cleaned with color HDPE and puts smoke plastic into cold water to reduce the stimulating gas. 

PMMA : Because PMMA is very clear, fine stains will also be detected. When cleaning with GPPS, the temperature should be Improve a lot.

Fire prevention ABS: Cleaning the fire prevention ABS plastic, it should be invested in cold water to stop smoking. If it is transformed from another material to fire prevention

ABS must first use PS, PMMA, or PE to clean the barrel.

PVC: Due to the low heat stability of PVC, the stop department is very important. It can be used with high heat stability, and Plastics that do not resist PVC. Such as LDPE or GPPS, do not mix POM and PVC in the same barrel otherwise it will cause excessive chemical reactions cause damage to the machine.
